Two points at the outer corner are carefully fixed to open up a closed-looking eye shape in a natural, defined direction. Existing double-eyelid adhesions are carefully released, allowing a high, thick crease to be redesigned into a more natural eye shape. We reinforce weakened nasal-tip support with your own rib cartilage and redesign the nose with a stable contour as the goal. Using your own tissue instead of an implant, we aim for a natural nose line with less concern about a foreign-body sensation. This procedure uses an endoscope to lift sagging forehead and brow tissues, improving heavy-looking eyes and forehead wrinkles together.
